OMSI "Every Body Eats" Hosted in 2 weeks by "The
Children's Museum of Klamath Falls"
Thursday, May 13th OMSI's traveling exhibit will arrive
by a 40 ft semi. We will close for 1 week for installation
of this 400 square foot exhibit.
May 22nd we will reopen to the public for a celebration
including refreshments and goodies.
We will host their traveling exhibit from May 22nd thru
Labor Day September 6th !
Every Body
Eats was produced and is toured by the Oregon Museum of
Science and Industry (OMSI) in Portland, Oregon. The exhibit
was made possible by a Science Education Partnership Awar
(SEPA) grant from the National Center for Research Resources
(NCRR), a component of the National Institute of Health
(NIH).

A child size world of common environments
where curiosity and role playing are nurtured with costumes
and tools of the trade.

Market, Beauty Salon & Fire Station

Stations
Features rotating exhibits
with lightning balls, gyroscopes, microscopes, telescopes,
magnetics,illusion mirrors and other materials that teach
the principles of natural and physical sciences in the Klamath
Basin and beyond.
Multi-Media
All ages can explore musical instruments
and experiment with sound and multi-media equipment on
the stage in our media corner.
World Travel
Climb on board a real-life cockpit and fly
to the destination of your dreams or watch the HO scale
train clickety-clack through the country side.
Infant & Toddler Discovery
Area
A developmentally appropriate environment where infants,
toddlers and families can explore and learn together.
